What got you into djing? 
I've been into music since i was about 11, after following the Hardcore/Trance scene around for years and then fell into the funky house scene after a couple of trips to Ibiza, it was funky house that then lead me to Venus... I first started going to venus in about 2002 where i met Andy Clarke who was already a Venus resident dj back then, he suggested to me and a couple of friends, that we should get some decks and try learning to dj. so that was it, he basically thought us to dj from there on out, and me and my 2 friends started our first residency 6 months later at Chute Bar in Ashton, which then lead onto our residency at Venus

How long have you been djing?
5 years

2010 has been a hectic year for the club and DJs, what has been your favourite night and why?
There have been too many good nights at the new club to pick just 1, the very first classics night and the Boy George Easter weekend are well up there, but if I had to pick just 1.... It would have to be N.Y.E - vie never seen an atmosphere at the new club like the 1 at 12am that night. With over 400 people in the main room, the dance floor just erupted !! 

If you could give 1 thing that makes you different from any other DJ what would it be?
I'm the one they are normally pulling down from the roof :)  

What does 2011 have in store for you?
Who knows ? I am trying to push myself in the production side of things but its not as easy as it looks and I don't think a number one is on the horizon just yet, but I'll keep plodding on with it and who knows :) 

What advice would you give an aspiring dj?
Keep practicing, and dont just pigeon hole yourself to 1 genre of music, experiment with all kinds of music you never know, where you will get asked to play
