Friday nights in Manchester are changing; and the teams behind Bitch Events and Venus Manchester are leading the way. Our common goal is that we always try and bring our faithful followers something fresh and exciting. We are also very aware that in Manchester people can party so much more than just Saturday nights so we have teamed up with the guys behind Bitch Events to bring you ground-breaking Friday night parties with some of house musics biggest names and record labels. Strap yourselves in and be prepared for some monumental additions to your clubbing calendar.

We wanted to aim high with this new concept and bring a huge name to the Venus decks for the inaugural party and we think you will agree we have held nothing back. On Friday 1st March 2013 we welcome John Dahlback to Venus Manchester with his Mutants Nights party.

The brainchild of world-renowned DJ and Producer John Dahlback, Mutants has established itself as a global force in just three short years; a seminal watchword for some of the most exciting music and artists currently at work today. Whether its giants like Avicii, Tommy Trash and John himself, or fast-rising talent such as Lunde Bros, Faustix and Flipmonks. Mutants consistently presents dynamic music that truly stands out from the crowd; tracks that, come 3am on a drenched, bouncing dance floor, invade the brain and refuse to leave.

Joining Dahlback on this very special event is Felix Leiter. His exploits include playing alongside, and learning from, the likes of Armand Van Helden, Pete Tong, Faithless, Calvin Harris and Laidback Luke to name a few. He has rocked the Metro Radio Arena to over 15,000 strong crowd and the main stage at the Evolution Festival in Newcastle 50,000 people were in the palm of his hand as he warmed up for Calvin Harris and Dizzee Rascal. Felix last played at Venus in June 2012 for Bitchs sell out Label Launch party and we cant wait to have him back.

The final marquee name on this incredible event is Lunde Bros. The Swedish Brothers latest EP Put Em Up has been released on Johns Mutants label and is gaining great support. Previous releases on CR2 records, Toolroom Records, Joia Records, Pinkstar Records, Nero Recordings and Mutants by this talented DJ and Producer duo have received support from David Guetta, Afrojack, Pete Tong, Erick Morillo, Laidback Luke, John Dahlb�ck, Dada Life, Swanky Tunes, Chuckie, Thomas Gold, Roger Sanchez and many more!

Completing this show stopping line up is Nick Coulson, Bass Jockeys, Sean Grainger, Dave Tunstall, Nick Howard and Nick Kapoor.

On February 23rd 2013 we welcome Dannic, one of the hottest prospects in house music right now. Hailing from Breda in the Netherlands – the hometown of Tiësto, Funkerman & Hardwell (something in the water, perhaps?). Dannic’s first solo track on Revealed Recordings was called “Doster”, heavily supported by Nicky Romero, Hardwell and Nari & Milani.

His latest track Clobber released on Toolroom Records has already hit #5 in the progressive chart and #10 in the overall chart on Beatport. From mash-ups to high-profile collaborations to tours and residencies in some of the world’s hottest venues, there is plenty going on in Dannic’s universe. He comes to Venus after completing a tour as the main support for the worlds #6 DJ Hardwell. Hardwell’s support, tours and collaboration work with Dannic is a true testament to him.

Supporting Dannic at this event is a Bitch favourite, who time after time has left crowds mesmerised by his almost magical abilities with CDJ’s. We welcome back Dim Mak’s D.O.D, who’s highlights of 2012 saw him at Creamfields; play the main room at The Warehouse Project and in Bitch arena at Mint Festival.

Completing the line up are the usual Bitch and Venus residents that know the crowd in Manchester so well they should come with a guarantee. Without fail month on month they keep the Venus dance floors going from 11pm till 6am.
